Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to work directly with farmers.
∎ Prepare Farmer List.
∎ Farmers selection & group formation.
∎ Capable to manage contract farming activities.
∎ Conduct Farmers training.
∎ Collect product directly from farmers.
∎ Product quality check.
∎ Having knowledge about seed & use of pesticide.
∎ Monitor field preparation, Irrigation & weeding.
∎ Manage transportation system for product collection.
∎ Monitor godown activities.
∎ Prepare cultivation record.
∎ Prepare weather record.
∎ Maintain movement register.
∎ Daily reporting.
∎ Payment management through financial institutions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 1-year experience in Field related Activities and Social Development sector.
∎ Must have knowledge in Computer & internet browsing.
∎ Good writing & speaking skill in English and Bengali.
∎ Capable to drive motorcycle and having motorcycle driving license.

Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
