Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in degree in any discipline from a reputed university preferably in Sociology, Development Studies & Social Welfare.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent to provide effective training among affected people in the project area.
∎ Department: Program
∎ Contract Duration: 7 months (Contract may be extend depend on the availability of fund)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least 5 years of working experiences with proven skill and competencies in training and livelihood program
∎ Selection of Affected people and organize group
∎ Assess training needs for affected people
∎ Assist training aids such as module, schedule, and handbooks
∎ Follow-up Aps house and report on training outcomes
∎ Provide feedback to program participants and management
∎ Motivational capacity, documentation, regular house visits
∎ Data collection as required
∎ Frequent field visit capability.
∎ Report writing capacity.
∎ Willing to stay in remote areas.
∎ Should have a valid Motorbike driving license
∎ Any other activities as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Good communication skills in written and spoken English
∎ Strong aptitude with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
∎ Planning and organizing, communication skills
∎ problem analysis and problem-solving
∎ Presentation and facilitation skills
∎ Superior work ethic and time management skills and ability to deliver within deadlines
Salary:
∎ 22,000-28,000 (Negotiable)
