Job Context:
∎ Center for Rural Service Society (CRSS) announced vacancy from the candidates for Community Engagement for Child Wellbeing & Women Development Project partnership with World Vision Bangladesh which will be implemented at Wazirpur Upazila of Barishal District. The requirements for the positions are given below:
∎ Job Location: Wazirpur Upazila of Barishal District.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with AP level technical specialists and other sector staffs for effective program integration and quality implementation;
∎ Establish community led child monitoring and other sector based community led monitoring
∎ Engage at individual and household level to facilitate the development process of Most Vulnerable
∎ Activate community-based Child Protection mechanisms and local level advocacy processes
∎ Ensure monitoring and evaluation of activities as per M&E systems, tools and guidelines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Women are encouraged to apply.
∎ Good command both in English & Bangla;
∎ Required knowledge using computers on MS Word, Excel & Internet browsing.
∎ Knowledge of project Management, coordination, leadership, community engagement and rights based approach.
∎ Willing to stay field office area.

Salary:
∎ 23,000/- with other benefit as per project policy.
