Job Responsibilities:
∎ The responsibilities of the Field Sales Executive (FSE):
∎ 1. Achieve individual targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis through team.
∎ 2. Assist team to collect KYC with all required documents from assigned market
∎ 3. Acquire targeted category merchants through team
∎ 4. Maintain relationship with merchants to ensure regular payment received through bKash
∎ 5. Ensuring POSM deployment (Temporary QR, Push/Pull Sticker, bKash Accepted Here Sticker)
∎ 6. Campaign communication and coordination
∎ 7. Reporting to Cluster Manager.
∎ 8. Working Days will be 6 in a week
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1. Sales experiences (Merchant/banking experience is preferred)
∎ 2. Team Management Capability.
∎ 3. Computer literacy especially in MS Office
∎ 4. Excellent communication and convincing skills
∎ 5. Smart and Presentable
∎ 6. Location Flexibility
∎ 7. Working Days will be 6 in a week
∎ 8. Gadgets (Smart Phone & Motor bike)
