Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Psychology, Child Development, Anthropology or Social Science with good academic records

Job Context:
∎ Projahnmo Research Foundation, a national NGO is seeking qualified and motivated applicants from Bangladeshi nationals in the following position for its Projahnmo program -a collaborative research group working for improving maternal, neonatal and child health in Bangladesh. This position is based at Sylhet sadar and Zakiganj upazilla of Sylhet district.
∎ The appointment will be made on a contractual basis for 10 (Ten) months, but may be extended for further period depending on satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Behavioral and developmental assessments of children (experience with Bayley's-III or similar tests and/or community-based research will get preference)
∎ Conduct different psychological tests
∎ Interview questionnaires
∎ Knowledge of Ethical Guidelines
∎ Basic computer operations (MS Office, Statistical software).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Exposure to development-related data collection and developmental assessments in under-five children will get preference.
∎ Able to work within a team
∎ Should have good communication ability with mother and child
∎ Must have innovative thinking skills and motivation to take challenges.
