Job Context:
∎ Livelihood
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) is seeking some potential personnel for the post of `Field Organizer-Livelihoods` under Naba Jatra project in Khulna Division (Khulna & Satkhira district-four upazilla).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize & implement Livelihoods, AIGA & enterprise development activities in the field level.
∎ Build relationship with the beneficiaries and other community stakeholders
∎ Work closely with the targeted women at the village level.
∎ Day to Day implementation and organize program activities.
∎ Group formation of the beneficiaries and harmonization.
∎ Mobilize the groups and beneficiaries including youth.
∎ Record keeping of the beneficiaries and maintain record books.
∎ Coordinate and cooperate with the other staffs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 3 years' experience on development sector with agriculture, livelihoods and entrepreneurial literacy components.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 16500 (Monthly)
