Additional Requirements:
∎ Maximum 35 years (Flexible for experienced candidates)
∎ Candidates should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the food security project.
∎ The applicant should have good computer knowledge, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and able to spoken and written English language skills are essential, as well as the ability to produce quality reports.
∎ able to ride a bicycle

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Self Help Group formation.
∎ Arrange yard meeting regularly.
∎ Conduct different types of survey as per project requirements.
∎ Data collection (Qualitative & Quantitative) from the field.
∎ Assist in Beneficiary/ target people selection.
∎ Ensure the participation of project participants in the project implementation and activities.
∎ Household visit to provide necessary technical assistance to the project participants of income generating activities.
∎ Ensure the implementation of food security and livelihood activities assigned by the project officer as per project plan.
∎ Participate in the training, meetings, Seminars as per project requirements.
∎ Set technology Demonstration with the farmers at field level.Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Job Summary: The position is responsible for overseeing the overall activities of the food security project.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Around Tk. 20,000 per month gross. Other benefits include provident fund, festival allowance once per year, and critical illness and death benefit.
