Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the project management to organize all field activities.
∎ Will be responsible to ensure child participation and right based approach on all activities of the project.
∎ Ensure the participation of community and relevant stakeholders in all activities.
∎ Prepare individual monthly implementation plan deriving from the project’s detailed implementation plan (DIP).
∎ Execute the plan in timely manner.
∎ Forming/Supervising Child Centers, Educational Support Centers and provide basic training to club facilitators as well as teachers.
∎ Responsible to supervise and coordinate the project activities in the appointed upazilas/Unions.
∎ Identify target population and assist Technical Officer in verification of target population.
∎ Attend monthly trainings and be able to accurately replicate trainings received, sharing correct information and demonstrating skills learned.
∎ Train and supervise the Center Facilitators and Teachers.
