Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the project management to organize all field activities.
∎ Ensure the participation of community and relevant stakeholders in all activities.
∎ Prepare individual monthly implementation plan deriving from the project’s detailed implementation plan (DIP).
∎ Execute the plan in timely manner.
∎ Forming Child Clubs, Bridge Schools and provide basic training to club facilitators as well as teachers.
∎ Responsible to supervise and coordinate the project activity in the upazilas.
∎ Identify target population and assist Technical Officer in verification of target population.
∎ Coordinate activities at the Upazilla level and maintain cooperation with all stakeholders.
∎ Attend monthly trainings and be able to accurately replicate trainings received, sharing correct information and demonstrating skills learned.
∎ Attend training and coordination meetings at the Upazilla office, provide verbal and written reports of activities completed.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
