Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
∎ Graduate in Agriculture
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to implement the program as per schedule in the field
∎ Helping the field coordinator in designing and managing contract farming through marginal and small farmers
∎ Design and implement the market development interventions ( agriculture sectors) with the RC
∎ Maintain liaison with clients (agriculture companies - seed, fertilizer, pesticide, associations, GOBs/NGO, etc.) & RC
∎ Conducting Business Meetings and Focus Group Discussion with different stakeholders at the field level
∎ Prepare weekly /fortnightly /monthly monitoring reports
∎ Maintain liaison with clients along with Regional coordinator
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent command over English (both speaking and writing)
∎ Must have basic IT Knowledge and skills to operate MS Word, Excel and PPT
∎ Must be confident in team management and coordination
∎ Must have excellent inter-personal skills.
