Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Field Officer will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring of the activities at the project site. She will be committed to organize project activities at the field involving stakeholders. Also, she will be responsible to communicate with Gazipur City Corporation and responsible for community level planning and implementation of the project.
∎ Prepare activity plans & report to Co-Project Manager
∎ Ensure the quality implementation of the project interventions
∎ Mobilize the youth and adolescent and engage them in the project activities
∎ Organize the communities, club and educational institution based GOAL Events, sessions according to the plan
∎ Monitor and follow up project activities. She will work in close contact with the concerned Co-Project Manager, ensure outputs of the project which contribute the project outcomes
∎ Ensure the visibility of project activities as per donor guideline
∎ Organize meeting, seminars, workshop & other events
∎ Provide regular updates to Co-Project Manager on project activities
∎ Prepare field activities report, data and submit to the MEAL Coordinator and Co-Project Manager
∎ Collect and submit most significant change stories and best practices and share with beneficiaries and project staff
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in activity wise budget preparation, requisition and maintain financial process for project activities
∎ The candidate should have good command in English language (both written and verbal communication) and knowledge of different computer packages.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
∎ Skills on communication and collaboration with different stakeholders of the project
Salary:
∎ Tk. 24000 - 27000 (Monthly)
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonus as per HR policy.
