• Collect orders from retailers in assigned routes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and allied professionals.

• Maintain and update Daily Sales Register (DSR), submitting it to Head Office after the monthly closing.

• Ensure 15-day stock levels at Distributor Points; escalate shortages to supervisors.

• Submit product requisitions to Head Office 7 days prior to delivery dates.

• Prepare and adhere to weekly route plans (with supervisor approval).

• Maintain an updated outlet list with details (name, address, category, contact, etc.).

• Gather market data, track industry trends, and develop product expertise.

• Uphold high ethical standards in all operations.

• Report field problems, retailer complaints, or business difficulties to supervisors.

• Inform customers about trade activities promptly.

• Provide replacement services as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
