Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor in any discipline from any reputed University.
Job Context:
∎ The objective of the position is to Capacity Buildingof "Flood Resilience Project`s different stakeholder. Field Office will be responsible for overall project implementation and ensures that activities are implemented as per plan and quality of activities is maintained,liaison,networking and advocacy at local level, reporting to the Project Manager, s/he will be responsible for day to day support to the front line staff and overall monitoring and evaluation of project activities ensuring that front line staffs are conversant in the project monitoring framework, tools and processes and monitoring data are collected and analysis from the field accordingly.
∎ S/he will be also responsible for Develop training manual, Materials design; training design as well as he/she will prepare training budget, content, Schedule. Agenda and prepare training report as per project need.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT:
∎ Trainingor orientationproject beneficiaries and front line staffs.
∎ Develop training manual on different issue as per project needs.
∎ Develop technical skill and capacity of project participants.
∎ Prepare different training report, plan & agenda as per need of the project.
∎ Skills and familiar on participatory training approach
∎ Knowledge on participatory learning approach
∎ Provide capacity building support to community based organization
∎ Skill on establish early warning system and prepare community risk and vulnerability plan
∎ Re-activate and functioning DMC and capacity building support
∎ Liason,networking and advocacy on different stakeholders at local level
∎ Collects feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders for necessary program improvement.
∎ Sound knowledge on different Training methods and Tools
∎ Ability to Conduct Training Need assessment & Different Survey.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Monitoring & Evaluation tools and techniques.
∎ RELATIONSHIPS
∎ S/he will report to Project Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years' professional /NGO development/ DRR work experience including sustainable livelihoods development / in relevant fields.

∎ Experienced in conduct training, prepare documentations and good skill in
∎ Communication• Have proven knowledge disaster and livelihood development program.
∎ GENERAL
∎ Dynamic, hardworking and have good interpersonal relationship and ability to work in a team, experienced in communication, liaison and collaborating with the GOB/NGO and different stakeholders. Good knowledge and experience on DRR and disaster risk management cycle. Experience on working with research organizations and private sectors ie; BRRI,BINA,Spiches Research institute,etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 32000 (Monthly)
