Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular site visits to monitor operational activities and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to facilitate smooth field operations.
∎ Gather, compile, and report field data accurately and in a timely manner.
∎ Identify and escalate any operational issues, risks, or inefficiencies.
∎ Provide training and support to field staff as needed.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all field locations.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation of field activities.
∎ Assist in the implementation of new operational processes and improvement initiatives.
∎ Foster good relationships with local communities and stakeholders when applicable.
∎ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture.
∎ 1–3 years of experience in field operations or a similar role.
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with local regulations and fieldwork environments.
∎ We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Officer to support our Operations Department in executing on-ground activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, and facilitating communication between field teams and headquarters. The Field Officer will play a key role in operational efficiency, data collection, and quality assurance.
