Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

• Knowledge of glass, aluminum, construction, or façade industry will be considered an advantage.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:

• Field Monitoring

• Site Supervision

• Compliance or Inspection

• Quality Control / Audit

• Experience in glass, aluminum, or construction sector is preferred.

• Strong communication, reporting, and reporting skills.

• Ability to travel frequently within Dhaka, Narayanganj, and other districts.

• Must be proactive, honest, disciplined.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to member companies’ factories and shops sites to monitor activities.

• Ensure all members are following the association’s pricing policy, operational guidelines, and standard procedures.

• Identify any irregularities in billing and report to management.

• Collect field data, photos, videos, and prepare daily/weekly monitoring reports.

• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with the association for corrective actions.

• Maintain effective communication with member companies regarding implementation of policies.
