Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program Implementation:
∎ Provide helpdesk support to Cooperating Partners/UN agencies to identify the SCOPE card accessibility problems for beneficiary, to record problems as per provided format and share problems with WFP for solution.
∎ Strengthen capacity of Cooperating Partners/UN agencies staff at the distribution point to operate MPOS machines, identify the problems and ensure proper referral system to helpdesk after identification.
∎ Maintain information records and monitoring plan documentation, such as records of distribution, programme checklists and follow-up mechanism, to assist in the effective delivery and distribution of food items, E-Voucher, cash or non-food items through partner agencies or organizations.
∎ Coordinate with WFP SCOPE team to ensure technical support for MPOS machines & accessories, connectivity and beneficiary accessibility to the system.
∎ In coordination with Cooperating Partners or UN Agencies, develop monthly helpdesk support plan disaggregated at camp, block and sub-block levels.
∎ Provide guidance for cooperating partners or UN Agencies on WFP operational practices, monitoring tools and methods in order to support them to complete self-monitoring tasks and to contribute to the visibility of WFP in the coverage areas.
∎ Assure gender and protection concerns are mainstreamed and prioritized in distribution centres, monitor porter/volunteers' support for extremely vulnerable families.
∎ Field Coordination:
∎ Organize and attend regular meetings with cooperating partners or UN Agencies; site management agency and camp in charges at camp levels;
∎ Organize or attend coordination meeting internal counterparts specially E-Voucher, Cash Transfer team and General Food Distribution team to share plan, collect information, gather feedback and comments to support programme reviews and improve services.
∎ Assist conducting regular meetings of beneficiaries, community leaders, refugee volunteers, food management committees, and cooperating partners on commodity pipeline, distribution arrangements, food/cash/E-Voucher entitlements and to discuss beneficiary complaints and feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and fluency in oral Chittagonian/Rohingyan dialect highly desirable.
∎ Nationality: Bangladeshi.
∎ Experience: At least 2 years' experience in the similar field.
∎ Knowledge & Skills: Experience in E-voucher, communality distribution, report preparation and skilled in computer use specially data transfer, MS Word processing, Excel Sheet and other WFP standard software. General knowledge of WFP monitoring and evaluation systems and standards.

Salary: Tk. 77466 (Monthly)
