Job Context:
∎ Field Mobilizer mostly work with aggregation center beneficiary, conduct training and Transaction with FFC retailers. Duties of a Field Mobilizer beneficiary day to day monitoring, Training and provide update information. Also submit completed tasks to a supervisor and discuss developments daily. Beside that review data gathered from an interview to check if they are complete and accurate.

∎ Position directly supervises: Volunteers
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: Up to 31st December, 2021
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect information from local Producer group, Aggregation center management committee and retailers
∎ Give technical support on increase the capacity to Producer Group and aggregation centre MC on Production & Post-harvest Technology and Make Business plan for Local producer group
∎ Play active role in Transaction of goods in Camp area & ensure supply chain inside the Camp
∎ Assist with and play active role in assessment and establish pricing mechanism inside the camp
∎ Conduct linkage meeting with Aggregation center MC and FFC Retailers
∎ Assist to identify challenges and provide solutions for local Producers, AC MC and Retailers
∎ Have good knowledge to work with Different Govt stakeholder and Private sectors Assist in setting a roster of Local Producers and Traders in close proximity of the camps and their capacity to supply
∎ Monitor and Ensure health safety and security measure of COVID-19 are followed during distribution.
∎ To undertake any other assignment given by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Cultural awareness and sensitivity, prior experience in Rohingya camps is preferable
∎ Good Knowledge about KOBO tool Box
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively.
∎ Chittagonion language is given preference.
∎ Enthusiasm to learn.
∎ Optimistic and friendly.
∎ Flexibility.
Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one Gross salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly Gross salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary
