• Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong communication and marketing skills may also apply.
• Experience Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, partnership development, or a related role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, beauty, hospitality, or service-based industries will be an advantage.
• Additional Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building abilities.
• Confidence in approaching new people and visiting unfamiliar organizations.
• Willingness to perform door-to-door marketing and regular field visits.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities independently.
• Proactive, energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Good presentation skills and a professional attitude.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• -Willingness to travel locally as required for business development activities.

About Us:

Avante & HairFree HairGrow is a specialized service organization operating through three independent departments: Aesthetic, Wellness, and Trichology. Avante operates the Aesthetic and Wellness departments, while HairFree HairGrow operates the Trichology department. With established centers in Dhaka and Chattogram, we aim to expand our reach through strategic partnerships, brand promotion, and effective field marketing.

We are looking for two energetic, confident, and result-oriented executives to develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and promote our services in the market.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:

• Visit potential corporate partners, businesses, institutions, and other relevant organizations to establish strategic partnerships.
• Identify partnership opportunities that can generate client referrals for our Aesthetic, Wellness, and Trichology departments.-Conduct door-to-door and direct outreach to prospective partners.
• Explain our services, partnership opportunities, and mutual benefits to potential partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to convert discussions into active partnerships.
• Explore client referral and exchange opportunities with relevant businesses and service providers.

Field Marketing & Brand Promotion:

• Conduct field marketing activities to promote company services to potential customers and partners.
• Execute brand activation campaigns, promotional activities, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
• Distribute promotional materials and communicate service information to target audiences.
• Identify new markets, potential customer groups, and business opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally during field visits, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and other offline promotional activities.

Lead Generation & Reporting:

• Generate qualified leads and partnership opportunities through field activities.
• Collect and maintain records of prospective clients and partner organizations.
• Track follow-ups, partnership progress, and lead conversion.
• Prepare daily and periodic reports on field visits, meetings, leads, and completed activities.
• Work closely with the marketing team and relevant departments to achieve business development targets.
• Perform other field marketing and promotional duties assigned by management.

Job Nature: Full-Time

Work Type: Primarily field-based, with reporting and coordination with the marketing team.

Working Hours: As per company policy.
