Educational Requirements:
∎ DVM, MS in Medicine (Animal Health)/ B.Sc in Animal Husbandry/ Honor's with Science background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train and develop the team to get updated always on product knowledge.
∎ Formulate and implement strategies to achieve the Sales Target in the assigned territory.
∎ Create brand value of the product(s) at the Doctor's front.
∎ Always update on competitor's activities and provide information to the Marketing Department for effective strategic planning.
∎ Planning, monitoring and achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection.
∎ Continuous monitoring of the team members for effectiveness of everyday work.
∎ Regular visit to Field to improve relationship and business.
∎ Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.
∎ Other regular duties & responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 3 to 5 years experience in Sales of Veterinary Medicines.
∎ The candidate should be self-motivated, energetic and hard-working personality
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
