Job Context

Looking for an experienced Field/Area Manager who has a proven track record in the promotion & sales of Veterinary Medicines in any Pharmaceuticals Company.

Job Responsibilities

• Train and develop the team to get updated always-on product knowledge.

• Formulate and implement strategies to achieve the Sales & Collection target in the assigned territory.

• Create brand value of the product(s) at the Doctor’s front.

• Responsible for achieving sales effectiveness within an assigned area with the goal of meeting or surpassing individual and team goals each quarter.

• Capability to handle the situation that arises in the field.

• Planning, monitoring, and achieving monthly & yearly Sales & Collection.

• Continuous monitoring of the team members for the effectiveness of everyday work.

• Regular visits to Farm/Hospital/PC/Traders to improve relationships and business growth.

• Monitor the performance of the team within the territory and reallocate resources to improve overall results.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Update always on competitors activities & Basic market information like, Poultry Farm, Ruminant Farm/Aquaculture Farm, Bird & Animal Population.

• Other regular duties & responsibilities.
