Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange Meeting / Dialogue to increase functional Coordination with Union, Upazila and District Disaster Management Committees and relevant GO-NGO Service Providers;
∎ Capacity Building of UDMC, UzDMC and DDMC on Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation and Sustainable Poverty Reduction;
∎ Support for strengthening of early warning message dissemination mechanism;
∎ Support on Flood & Climate Resilient Agriculture, Off-farm skills training and Business planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Interpersonal communication and facilitation skill;
∎ Knowledge and expertise to perform FGD, CRA, DRM plan and organize group meeting;
∎ Experience in community mobilization;
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation and meet deadlines.
Salary: Tk. 17600 (Monthly)
