Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from recognized university, preferably Social Science or any other relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to direct implementation the programs of the project as per donor and organizational requirements in RBA approach;
∎ Capacity building to teachers, Animators, and other key stakeholders through training and other initiatives;
∎ Smooth implementation of all field level programmes as per target according to time frame;
∎ Frequently field visit and ensure all records keeping and documentation at ECD, NFPE, Shonglap, and Follow-up centres, and FDP, SRG and POs level precisely.
∎ Conduct survey and selection Family, learners and stakeholders for program implementation;
∎ Formation and development of FDP, SRG, ward and Union level POs, NFPE & ECD centres, Shonglap and Follow-up centres, Youth forum and different committee as per target and requirements;
∎ Ensure selection of participants/beneficiaries for Training, Orientation, Workshops as requirement and Conduct orientation, training and workshop at root level
∎ Community mobilization, advocacy, ensure IGA activities and community managed economic activity (CMEA);
∎ Ensure and develop community empowerment process, dealing with community organization & its network, working with public & private sector for sustainable development;
∎ Positive role play to ensure a functional team with other staffs and stake holders through effective communication, cooperation and coordination;
∎ Programmatic liaison with Union parisad and Union level service provider institutions and civil society members;
∎ Report writing (M&E and program) and documentation, and effective and efficient utilization finance and all logistics in the field;
∎ Different study operation and other special initiative as per requirements of donor and organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years working experience in the field of livelihood development, youth and adolescent, social organization, formal and non-formal education program.
