Job Context:
∎ TEAM/PROGRAMME : SDA-MNCH in Coastal Bangladesh (funded by MAC-P , Concern Worldwide)
∎ LOCATION : Union Level
∎ POST TYPE : 100% (Project Base/ Contractual) GRADE :Level-9
∎ ROLE PURPOSE:
∎ Field Facilitator is the key field based staff of SDA-MNCH in Coastal Bangladesh project. Primary responsibility is rollout field base community health support initiatives community mobilization
∎ especially all women of reproductive age, pregnant mother and new-born child, adolescent girls and boys for ensuring essential health rights development and support services. He with his Other colleague and UP based volunteer`s jointly forcing health mobilization and supportive work with inclusive coverage in the UP health issues under direct supervision and guidance from Union Supervisor. (US)
∎ SCOPE OF ROLE:
∎ Reports to: Union Supervisor(US)
∎ Dotted line management: Project Coordinator of SDA-MNCH and other key project team.
∎ Dimensions:80% of field visit required
∎ Staff directly reporting to this post: N/A
∎ Functional relationship: Manager-Operations of SDA- MNCH, Finance, Training, Admin& Logistics Officer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
∎ Take responsibility of respective UP as per plan developed
∎ Collecting existing data on water, sanitation, nutrition, health support services and facilities
∎ Survey for collecting village and UP ward level(Correct) data for project initiatives development
∎ Achieve targeted Quarterly/ monthly/ weekly activities with quality
∎ 5.Build good relation with community without any prejudice or partisan issues
∎ Build better communication with HPA, Community Clinic, Union Health Centre and other health support organizations and entities.
∎ Conduct CYM and give instruction to pregnant women, new-born child, adolescent and youth for better health support and promotion
∎ Collect information of all pregnant mother and children and women of reproductive age category
∎ Encourage community to establish health latrine and wash facilities
∎ Implement village and ward level health awareness program
∎ Help to develop community support group and make better communication with them
∎ Do joint work with Ups and other health support organization (CC, UHC, clinic etc.)
∎ Always Sharing with community stakeholders and project teams
∎ Do field work as per instruction of project management team
∎ Do any other task assigned by Supervisor and SDA-Management.

∎ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
∎ ESSENTIAL
∎ Working Experience: At least 2years' experience in Health program/ project.
∎ Knowledge: Should have clear concept on Community health issues and programs of Government in health facilities.
∎ Skills:
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Should have ability to interpret report writing skills in Bangla
∎ Computer knowledge will add value to this service

Salary:
∎ 17,875.00/month (+/-) (As per project Allocation; including all other facilities)
