Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & provide activity plans & report to Project Officer
∎ Ensure the implementation of the project interventions
∎ Organize the community and institution based programs according to project activities plan.
∎ Support to the community and institution for risk assessment.
∎ S/he will work in close contact with the concerned Project Officer; ensure quality output of the project activities.
∎ Ensure the visibility of project activities as per ECHO guideline.
∎ Support to organize meeting, seminars, workshop, & other events.
∎ Regular updates to Project Officer on project activities.
∎ Collect the good case studies & submit it in to written form monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Experience in project management and implementation in the field of Disaster Management, team work facilitation, program monitoring, event budget preparation, work plan preparation, report preparation and analysis as well as maintain coordination.
∎ The candidate should have good command in Bangla language (both written and verbal communication).
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
∎ Strong analytical skills
Salary: Tk. 20304 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonus, 10% provident Fund & 10% Gratuity as per HR policy.
