Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree from a reputed University or College in any discipline preferably in Social Science, Development studies or relevant subject;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Report to: Project Officer
∎ Accountability: Be directly accountable to PO (Project Officer) and PM (Project Manager) for all duties and responsibilities.
∎ To ensure the ward level project execution through local level planning, facilitating, monitoring, reviewing, coordinating and reporting to project manager in timely and qualitatively. Under Humanitarian Assistance for Rohingya and Host Community project, Field facilitator will report to the Project Officer and work closely with Union Parishad, Standing Committees, Ward, Village leaders, community base organization committees existing and new, community people, institutions and keep close contact and networks with fellow colleagues, donors and other agencies working at the Field.
∎ Employment Status:
∎ Contractual initially for 5 months, may be extended depends on project extension.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for local level planning with community people
∎ Facilitation of meeting, gathering training
∎ Reporting periodically
∎ Capacity building of SHGs/CBOs/Institutions
∎ Assist program Officer and Manager in his strategic operations area
∎ Support implementation of project strategy activities across all sectors
∎ Ensure community volunteers/facilitators development in the area of project planning, Monitoring and project evaluation
∎ Build capacity of community volunteers and CBOs and work closely with MEAL to ensure reliable M&E systems, better data management, and ethical Community data collection and information management.
∎ Support to ensure program quality inclusive of regular technical monitoring of Project execution.
∎ Regularly attend NGO Coordination cluster meetings/relevant meetings at appropriate levels to feed into PHALS priorities in the field.
∎ Ensure field concerns are brought to relevant stakeholders to push for standard and procedures that systemize creating Localization, creating Social cohesion in the working area.
∎ Implement any task or responsibility assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s) working experience in National or International Organization.
∎ Efficiency in Chittagonian dialect is highly appreciated
∎ Highly preferred female candidates.
∎ Competencies and personal skills:
∎ Understanding on project management.
∎ Good command on Facilitation interpersonal skill
∎ Good skill on Baseline survey, Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
∎ Deep knowledge in disability inclusion, GBV/protection and Livelihood sector.
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Office
