Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Bachelors in Social Science any other relevant disciplines.

• Age At most 45 years

Experienced in humanitarian response and development context with a strong background in WASH, SWM.

Knowledge of humanitarian WASH guidelines, and SWM, MRF.

Computer skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluency in English and Bangla; knowledge of Rohingya/Chittagonian dialect is an asset.

Facilitation of participatory approach in promoting sustainable waste management practices in targeted area.

Facilitate household consultations to identify compost volunteers and engage local participants in project activities.

Maintain accurate registers, attendance sheets, activity reports, and community feedback documentation for monitoring and donor reporting.

Oversee volunteers’ work (attendance, payments) and ensure effective participation in composting, cleaning campaigns, and awareness activities.

Coordination amongst the community, local leaders, project officers, and site management to ensure smooth implementation, alignment with project goals, and timely progress reporting.

Manage small-scale field logistics such as warehouse supplies, distribution of materials/equipment, and monitor installation of waste collection pits, billboards, or awareness materials.
