Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assistance to implementation, documentation of project activities
∎ Conduction of monthly meeting.
∎ Organizing of community level training and management
∎ Conduction of community level assessment
∎ To collect field data and relevant information through field visit
∎ Assist Project Manager/ In-charge to prepare and collect information, picture and required data for case study, monthly, quarterly, annual report preparation for both narrative and formative.
∎ Maintaining of liaison with local elites, stakeholders and NGOs.
∎ Assistance to group/committee in various DRR issues where it is applicable
∎ Organize distribution place and arrange facilities as Friendship requirements
∎ To prepare the bill-voucher and finalize for submission to project office.
∎ File keeping & Documentation.
∎ Do the other tasks according to project necessary and supervisor's requirement.
