∎ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
∎ Computer skills with typing skill both in Bangla and English language will give extra advantage
∎ Good language skill in Bangla
∎ Good inter personal skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Field Facilitator is responsible to implement activities at the field level as per project plan·
∎ S/he is responsible to mobilize grassroots people, conducting community situation analysis and sessions, organize a mass campaign, conducting courtyard meeting and building capacity of the beneficiary.
∎ The Field Facilitator is responsible for organizing training for community, implementation of project activities including: adequate supports to the target communities; organizing meeting, communicating with target households/communities; assist in preparing budget; assist in organizing workshop, seminar, meeting for program and target beneficiaries and others, observance of days;·
∎ Assist Project Officer to develop report, data, and other relevant information as and when required;·
∎ Working for capacity building of target households, community leaders, LGIs etc. on mobilization, knowledge development and information dissemination;·
∎ Submit monthly work plan, reports and monitoring reports;
∎ Undertake other duties as per requirements of the project
∎ S/he will be responsible to implement the field activities as assigned project.·
∎ Assistance to Project Manager for project documentation and record keeping.·
∎ Formation of community groups and conduction of regular community level meeting.·
∎ Work closely with Coastal community and enhance their capacity on Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation·
∎ S/he will find opportunity to build as resilient community by assessing need, using local resources and establishment of connection with Local administration.·
∎ Organizing of community level training, meeting, orientation with UP leaders, volunteers, stakeholders and local administration.·
∎ To ensure Water and sanitation support to the selected communities.
∎ To ensure shelter assistance by providing capacity building training and ensure strengthening of houses by regular monitoring·
∎ To collect field data and relevant information through field visit and meeting with stakeholders.·
∎ To prepare case study for monthly, quarterly and annual report.
∎ Maintaining of liaison with CPP volunteer, local elites and other GO, NGOs. Assistance to group/committee in various Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate change issues where it is applicable.
∎ Organize distribution of DRR tools, livelihood assets or any other materials if necessary.
∎ To organize relief distribution and prior activities like assessment of affected families etc. after cyclone and any disaster affect.
∎ Work jointly with CPP volunteer during rescue operation and early warning dissemination while cyclone signal announces.
∎ To assist Project manager for maintaining financial record.·
∎ The other tasks will be accomplished subject to project necessary and supervisor’s requirement.
