Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To support sales functions of the Animal Health business to achieve the sales budget and ensure continuous growth.
∎ To manage efficient operation to ensure width & depth coverage across the territory.To achieve sales target given by the management in a particular territory and ensure continuous sales growth.
∎ To manage sales operation to ensure the targeted sales within the targeted budget.
∎ To plan and organize the territory.
∎ To collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain update about the territory.
∎ To manage efficiently and effectively credit to get maximum output for the sales.
∎ To deal with customers who may have complaints or suggestions and ensure that they are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
∎ To build strong network in the segment of Traders and end users with seeking new opportunities to create new customers or new market.
∎ To maintain regularity with external customers to get regular and situation-oriented support.
∎ To update customer list of the territory incorporating information like maintain name, address, category, telephone number and business profile etc. for each territory and keep records of each visit.
∎ To enhance product marketing promotion and reduce credit note (return after invoice) & overdue up-to zero level.
∎ To Keep up to date information of competitor's and management to customers, buyer behavior, economy, consumer products and ensure fair communication from customers to management.
∎ To remain updated regarding the market dynamics, supervisor on regular basis.
∎ To perform any other activities assigned by the supervisor.
