Experience in qualitative data collection such as interview, conduct observation, interview summary writing.

Job Summary:
mPower Social Enterprises Limited is seeking some Field Enumerators who will play a crucial role in collecting and recording accurate and reliable data. Enumerators are responsible for conducting interviews, as per the given checklist and prepare every interview summary (soft copy) during the data collection period. They should maintain high standards of data quality, ensure ethical standards are met, and work collaboratively. They should maintain the confidentiality of all data collected during their employment and will not disclose any sensitive information to others.
Job Description:
Conduct face-to-face interviews following the provided guides and Record responses accurately and legibly.
Prepare each interview summary on the day of interview or as soon as possible and share.
Obtain informed consent and approach participants or respondents respectfully.
Address any questions or concerns raised by participants.
Safeguard participant confidentiality and privacy in data collection.
Report daily progress, challenges, and any issues encountered in the field and maintain effective communication with the supervisor and the HQ team.
Strictly adhering to data collection protocols and guidelines.
Ensure secure storage and transfer of collected data.
Care for and maintain data collection equipment, such as tablets, smartphones, or paper forms.
