Education:
∎ Masters or higher degree in Statistics / Economics / Agriculture / Development Studies / Social Science / Geography and Urban Planning or equivalent from reputed university.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Stakeholder coordination, Field management and Data management.
∎ Academic and/or work experience related to research field in development sector specially livelihood and agri-food market sector.
∎ Sound knowledge on research methodology and basic knowledge of data management is mandatory.
∎ Profound experience in conducting household survey, market survey, stakeholder survey, PRA, FGD and case study.
∎ Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skill.Strong verbal, written and presentation skill in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and coordinate of all field works according to the procedure and protocols of the project.
∎ Excellent planning and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Arrange and conduct enumerators/mobilizers training program on data collection methodology and tools, community mobilization and stakeholder coordination.
∎ Coordinate among all stakeholders including field level actors to funding agency.
∎ Monitoring and supervision field survey, meetings and ensure the quality of data.
∎ Supervise and monitor the survey team and ensure quality of data.
∎ Other related assigned tasks as per project management.
