Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administrative, Agriculture, Agronomist

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and managing contract farming through marginal and small farmers
∎ Ability to design and implement the market development interventions ( agriculture sectors)
∎ Maintain liaison with clients (agriculture companies - seed, fertilizer, pesticide, associations, GOs/ NGO, etc.)
∎ Conducting Business Meetings and Focus Group Discussion with different stakeholders
∎ Monitoring & Supervision of the progress of planned project activities
∎ Prepare weekly/ fortnightly /monthly progress monitoring reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent command over English (both speaking and writing)
∎ Must have basic IT Knowledge and skills to operate MS Word, Excel and PPT
∎ Must be confident in team management and coordination
∎ Must have excellent inter-personal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
