Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have a Diploma in Agriculture/ Livestock or Bachelor's/Master's in Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Social Science/Business Development or a relevant Discipline with a minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

∎ The duration of the job will be one (1) year and this is a contractual job.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Survey to establish new Chilling Centre at new area
∎ Work for development for Dairy farmer by applying Livestock Extension work policy
∎ Work with ACDI VOCA Project and submit report of this project according to project necessity
∎ Preparing of Budget and target plan on milk collection with necessary test for quality control
∎ Organize the materials related to milk production, collection, distribution with good quality milk
∎ Attend the regular farmer's meeting, identification of farmer's need/problems & necessary suggestion for solving the problems
∎ Update all registers, bill vouchers and records related to milk procurement
∎ Ensure quality milk collection and fair price payment implementation of the milk producers
∎ Ensure all financial activities and to ensure smooth operation of chilling center activities
∎ Make necessary contact with regional manager & maintenance manager for solving any problems/suggestion
∎ Reporting on all project activities by contacting respective stakeholders through smooth communication, information or report collection and compilation
∎ Maintain stock of spare parts, chemical, dairy equipment and making timely fund requisition for milk bill payment
∎ Monitor and Evaluate the collection and financial activities within the concerned Areas
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team
∎ Members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Any other work assigned by Management
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
