Job Context:
∎ FIELD COORDINATOR - CIVIL SOCIETY ALLIANCE for SCALING UP NUTRITION, Bangladesh (CSA for SUN, BD)
∎ The Field Coordinator - Civil Society Alliance for Scaling up Nutrition, Bangladesh (CSA for SUN, BD) is responsible for leading the field related activities of UNOPS funded activities under CSA for SUN, BD in the target areas (Sylhet & Chottogram Division) to achieve its objectives.
∎ Contract Duration: up to 30 September 2019

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that the Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) is executed and delivered timely and effectively;
∎ Ensuring effective coordination, joint implementation and monitoring of planned activities in the coordination with Govt. and all CSOs in Sylhet and Chattogram towards achieving the UNOPS and CSA for SUN objectives.
∎ Support to Coordinator- CSA SUN to establish effective and functional coordination and networking with the Govt. at central and sub-national level, CSOs, local authorities, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
∎ Develop plans and implement capacity development initiatives for GC members.
∎ Support to design BCC materials and review of, and developed or revise training curriculum as required.
∎ Ensure that Concern Worldwide administrative, financial and resource management policies and regulation are understood, implemented and followed;
∎ Support to disseminate NPAN-2 in coordination with Govt. & all CSOs and assist local Government and line departments to implement NPAN-2 at sub-national level and guide CSOs to track the NPAN-2 implementation at national and sub-national level.
∎ Assist relevant people (coordinator, EC members and consultant etc.) on financial and programmatic review of NPAN-2 by collecting relevant documents, information, data etc.
∎ Develop monitoring and reporting plans in coordination with Coordinator- CSA for SUN and M&E team of Concern.
∎ Orientating General committee members and other stakeholders on the Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS), and in particular the Complaint Response Mechanism (CRM);

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years progressive professional work experience in governance, advocacy, nutrition, health, project/programme management, implementation etc.
∎ Experience in working in INGO and managing partner NGOs and work closely with government institutions
∎ Proven experience in networking and advocacy in nutrition or public health sector is essential for the position
∎ Experience of implementing projects through partner NGOs is an advantage
∎ Experience in partner/local NGOs capacity building (skills in coaching and mentoring), monitoring and evaluation, financial monitoring and reporting)
