Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Field Assistant will be responsible for planning and implementing of the activities at the project site. S/he will support to organize and implement project activities at the field level.
∎ Responsibilities include:
∎ Prepare & provide activity plans & report to Program Manager
∎ Ensure the implementation of the project interventions
∎ Organize the community and institution based programs according to project activities plan.
∎ S/he will work in close contact with the concerned Program Manager; ensure quality output of the project activities.
∎ Support to organize meeting, seminars, workshop, & other events
∎ Support to set Earth Club in community and schools
∎ Coordinate with Earth Club member, BYEI mentor and Earth Club Coordinator of Plan
∎ Regular updates to Program Manager on project activities
∎ Collect the good case studies & submit it in to written form monthly basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in field level implementation and team work, work plan preparation, report preparation and analysis as wellas maintain coordination
∎ Candidate should have interest to field work and good understanding with target beneficiary.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15400 (Monthly)
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonus, 10% Provident Fund & 10% Gratuity as per HR policy.
