Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare operational plan for the Learning Centers (LC) & execute accordingly.
∎ Ensure LC opening & closing on time.
∎ Ensure teachers & volunteers attendance & presence at LC/CBLF regularly. Capacity Development:
∎ Conduct TLC, training, orientation for teachers & volunteers.
∎ Regular LC/CBLF visit and support directly to the teachers for conducting classes and demonstrates classroom session at LC/CBLF level.
∎ Assist teachers for preparing Lesson plan.
∎ Ensure teachers and children yearly performance assessment by involve directly.Ensure that children achieve learning outcomes. Administration & Logistics:
∎ Prepare teachers & volunteers salary sheets accordingly & disbursing the same.
∎ Ensure logistical arrangements for education activities, including the distribution of materials and transportation.
∎ Ensure proper use of teaching learning materials in classroom and maintain stock position accordingly by involve directly.
∎ Ensure all teaching learning materials distribution and keep records. Ensure prevention of any type of misuse.Community Engagement:
∎ Keep good relations with the Community leaders & Parents.
∎ Attend & ensure monthly PSG/CESG, parents meeting & others events. Monitoring and Reporting:
∎ Conduct regular field visits to project sites to monitor the implementation of educational activities and gather relevant data.
∎ Compile and report data on program progress, challenges, and success stories.
∎ The person in this role is accountable for each of the 25 Learning Facilities.
∎ This position will be put under different output based on the calculation of the learning facilities. Policy compliance and Safeguarding :
∎ Maintain Practice of child safeguarding policy, PSEA policy, Gender policy, Code of Conduct among team members.
∎ Ensure child friendly environment in LC/CBLF area. Ensure LC display with required education materials.
∎ Raise awareness among team & stakeholders about the importance of policy compliance of organization, government & donor and safeguarding in the context of the Rohingya response.
∎ Safeguarding and PSEA: To meet the program's objectives for safeguarding and PSEA implementation, make sure team members are protected from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. serve as a major resource for help, direction, and knowledge on safeguarding & Child protection for developing a safe workplace. To ensure that safeguarding standards are used in every course of action, team members should practice, advocate, and embrace safeguarding policy concerns.
