Responsibilities & Context:
Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure execution strictly fulfills the approved architectural vision and design plans.
Cost & Labor Management: Manage daily field labor efficiently and strictly control site costs to prevent budget overruns.
Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality checks on construction materials and execution techniques directly on-site.
Timeline Management: Ensure aggressive construction milestones are met and report daily site progress to the senior project management team.
Documentation: Conduct accurate budget estimations (BOQ) and ensure all site documentation and labor tracking are properly logged.
