Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cold call prospective customers using a given list of phone numbers and scripts
∎ Identify the customer's needs and interests and match them with suitable solutions
∎ Provide information about the features, prices, and benefits of our services
∎ Persuade customers to buy or schedule an appointment
∎ Record customer details, feedback, and outcomes in a CRM system
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 36 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Female candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
∎ Proficient in English
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
∎ Having the ability to collaborate effectively with others is essential.
