Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Any Reputed Public University from Home or Abroad will be given preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Any Certification on Food and Beverage Sector
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring that services meet customer specifications.
∎ Timely analysis of Food & Beverage Prices in relation to competition.
∎ Handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day.
∎ Supervision of daily paper flow including Proposals, and Function Contracts.
∎ Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability.
∎ Competitive analysis every six months by calling competition and gathering data such as banquet kits, room rental rates, Food rates, Beverage rates etc.
∎ Completion of Customer Follow-up calls on a timely basis.
∎ Minimize number of customer complaints. If complaint came need to give solution in a proper way where guest should not be upset anymore.
∎ Consistent check of Banquet Food and Beverage quality and Banquet services.
∎ To co-ordinate with all large groups meeting/banquet planners their specific group requirements with the services & facilities offered. This includes proposals, contracts, estimated and actual function statements.
∎ Maintenance of Hotel credit policies along with Accounts team.
∎ Assure the ordering and purchasing of liquor for Food& Beverage with maintaining proper store availability. Assure bar inventory for functions, including opening and closing inventories, accurate bar summaries and cash deposits are prepared. He will be responsible for handling Narcotics Documents and should keep proper relationship with them. Also assure the maintenance of bar control policies.
∎ Liaise on an on-going basis with the Sales Department to ensure all client needs and requirements will be met.
∎ Ensure a professional attitude and proper business attire when on property, ready to meet or service a client at any time. Should train all the associates to be best in their place.
∎ Responsible for staff training and development.
∎ Participation towards overall outlet Maintenance and cleanliness.
∎ Achieving service that exceeds expectations.
∎ Overall maintenance of the operation at a level in keeping with the standards prescribed.
∎ Report any deficiencies in equipment and facilities.
∎ Supervise operation and handling of all Food and Beverage outlets.
∎ Monitor all local sanitation and healthcare systems to satisfy guest.
∎ Prepare proper weekly work schedule as per hotel requirements in assistance with restaurant associates.
∎ Maintain knowledge on all fire protection and preventive measures during emergency.
∎ Task Given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Culinary degree is preferred but not necessary
∎ Great organizational skills
∎ Ability to delegate tasks
∎ Great leadership abilities
∎ Deep knowledge of the food industry
∎ Customer oriented mindset
∎ Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
∎ Ability to create reports to give to ownership
