Educational Requirements:
∎ A bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or Marketing is preferred, but not always required. Coursework in sales, business mathematics, and retailing is a plus.
Job Context:
∎ Fashion Sales Representative - Super shop responsibilities include:
∎ We are looking for strong team player to join us on our journey in establishing super shop as the luxury choice lifestyle brand for to wear every day. Candidates who are currently working in any fashion lifestyle brand will get preferences.
∎ Industry: Super shop
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of the women's contemporary and / or luxury market with established relationships
∎ To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries
∎ Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
∎ Feedback consistently to Sales Manager on Product, Price, Promotion, Place - Trade report to be completed weekly on trading environment, factors influencing performance, etc.
∎ Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
∎ Keeps clientele informed by notifying them about upcoming/future merchandise of their potential interest
∎ Nurture partnerships and key accounts from valued clients
∎ To ensure all customers' orders and transfers are completed efficiently and on time.
∎ Building brand awareness and a client base, develop client books and CRM.
∎ Attending regular training sessions on seasonal product launches to ensure knowledge is up to date and filtered to team.
∎ Always presents a professional image and be an ambassador for Super shop
∎ Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
∎ Advises customers by providing information on products.
∎ Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Key skills: Customer focused, attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, reading comprehension, close listening, proficient mathematically ability, negotiation, persuasion
∎ Demonstrated sales experience in a premium or luxury brand environment.
∎ Willing to adapt and take on new challenges.
∎ Depth of understanding around KPI's and impact on store performance.
∎ Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
∎ A real attention to maintaining high standards in store environment and a keen eye for detail.
