Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design. (Educational qualification can be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Design, RMG sector(Fashion Tecknology)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research current fashion trends and identify target market.
∎ Create mood boards according to the seasonal collection.
∎ Need to design clothing for each category for market-inspired upcoming trends with category forecasts.
∎ Create line sheet, matching or aligned pieces for a collection.
∎ Designing flat sketches by hand or using computer aided software.
∎ Analyzing the trends of fabrics, colors and shapes season wise.
∎ Need to collaborate the designs with the design team, also forecasters and retail team.
∎ Understand design from a technical perspective and technical specifications for designs.
∎ Need to follow up the designs with the CAD/pattern team pattern department for making patterns.
∎ Sourcing fabrics, trims and accessories.
∎ Developing prints, embroidery, and accessories for individual category.
∎ Collaborate with fabric and production merchandiser to make fruitful seasonal collection.
∎ Develop sample garments and oversee their creation including fitting, detailing and adaptation.
∎ Follow up pattern, sample, wash, print and embroidery.
∎ Display the development sample for retail presentation.
∎ Making Tech packs and handover to the merchandisers
∎ Adapt existing designs for mass production
∎ Follow up production status from merchandisers
∎ Working closely with sales, buying and production teams to ensure market demand and price point
∎ Go for market survey
∎ Working on photo-shoot concepts
∎ Analysis the seasonal sales report and plan accordingly to develop sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Creating Visualization, and Graphics Design.
∎ Able to speak and write English fluently.
∎ Should be creative.
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Having experience in 3D design(CLO, BROWSER, and VISUAL STITCHER software) will be an added advantage
∎ Flexibility and can-do attitude
∎ Deadline-orientation
∎ Time-management skills;
∎ Good Communication Skills;
