∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design. (Educational qualification can be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fashion Design, RMG sector(Fashion Tecknology)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Trend analysis.
∎ Develop garments according to buyer tech pack and mood boards.
∎ Make plan to ensure proper sample delivery time .
∎ Source all kind of fabrics trims and accessories required .
∎ Manage and keep records of all imported fabrics, trims and accessories .
∎ Follow up garment development process with sample room (pattern, cutting,sewing,finishing).
∎ Solve all kinds of design and execution problems.
∎ Provide wash instructions for each garment.
∎ Closely monitor garment washing process to ensure the proper wash.
∎ Properly finish the garment and courier it to the corresponding buyer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to create designs and details to translate them into Garments.
∎ Good understanding of Woven & Denims fabric and how they behave in garments making.
∎ Courses or experience in fabrics and design will be considered as added advantage. Knowledge of design, apparel, materials are preferred.
∎ Capability to work with MS-Office, Internet & E-mail.
∎ Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
∎ Good morale value with ethical commitment.
