Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University students will get preference

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Poultry/Animal Husbandry from any Reputed Public University

• 5 to 7 years

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Preference will be given to those with experience in Poultry Layer Firms.
• The ideal candidate must possess excellent Firm Management Skills.
• Knowledge about Poultry Feed, Nutrition & Bio security , value teamwork, embrace challenges & ensure maximum productivity.
• Computer literacy and fluency in English are mandatory.

• Farm Management: Supervise all day-to-day activities, including feeding, watering, and monitoring poultry. Maintain optimal environmental conditions, such as ventilation, lighting, and temperature.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in poultry housing.

• Poultry Health and Welfare: Monitor the health of the flock and detect signs of disease or stress. Administer vaccinations and medications as needed.

• Production and Quality Control: Ensure maximum egg production by maintaining feed quality and proper nutrition, ventilation, environment. Track production metrics like weight gain, egg production rates, and mortality rates.

• Resource and Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise farm workers. Manage labor schedules to optimize productivity and minimize costs. Allocate resources effectively, such as feed, water, and energy.

• Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of poultry inventory, production, and health. Track expenses and revenues for financial analysis. Prepare reports for farm owners or stakeholders.

• Facility Maintenance: Ensure that poultry houses, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained and clean.

• Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with local laws and regulations regarding animal welfare, biosecurity, and environmental standards. Implement biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks.

• Inventory and Supply Management: Manage inventory of feed, medicine, and equipment. Order supplies in a timely manner to prevent shortages.

• Problem-Solving and Adaptation: Address unexpected challenges such as disease outbreaks, equipment failures, or staffing issues. Implement solutions to improve farm efficiency and productivity.
