Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have Bachelor of Science in Agriculture / Master of Science in Agriculture with minimum 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare an annual plan and implementation accordingly. Supervise 105-135 acres of land in a year.
∎ Prepare and review the yearly budget according to activity plan and keep all the expenses within the approved budget limit
∎ Assist to TA (production) for target wise suitable land/ framer selection and given final approval. Supplied quality inputs according to demand and ensuring the utilization.
∎ Conduct farmer’s training. Randomly checked 10% plots/farmers which are visited by TA in a visiting day. Provide technical support for seed crop management and also check technical register.
∎ To ensure roughing & seed quality like- moisture content, germination, appearance etc before procurement.
∎ Labor management, Proper handling any kind of local problem.
∎ Staff development through counseling, meeting, training, coaching. To ensure accountability of the staff & yearly assessment.
∎ Field information sharing with supervisor, communication with local stakeholder’s like- local elite, GOs and NGOs.
∎ Analyzing profit/loss, keep update all official documents, Prepare report & send to supervisor, record keeping. Security of all BRAC’s assets.
∎ Check bills & vouchers and financial activity reports of production activities and recommend to management for approval

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Having 3 years experience in Vegetable Seed Production through contract framing system.

Salary: Negotiable
