∎ Strong knowledge of Hatchery & farming processes.
∎ Having excellent e-mail, WhatsApp communication skills with MS Office operation.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ The applicant should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work sincerely and independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Should be very good in reporting on time.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning & Set up overall Management of day to day operation of Boiler & Layer breeders.
∎ Poultry breeder management in Environment control houses (Controlling body weight gain of flocks, ensuring uniform body weight & feeding management, proper brooding, growing, laying flock management, reducing stress on chicken, proper vaccination of breeder, bio-security & disease prevention).
∎ Supervise & monitor Hatchery activities (Such as hatching of eggs, sorting, vaccination, check eggs, weight loss, incubation hour, chick’s weight percentage, egg receiving, egg storage, egg setting, egg transferring, analysis of egg breakout troubleshooting, chicks grading, chick quality, chick delivery).
∎ Maintain proper ventilation in day-night and regular water supply.
∎ Observe bird behavior & ensure proper vaccination.
∎ Monitor the bird feeding & health status.
∎ Ensure presence of staffs and confirm the practice of Footbath & Shower before entering the house.
∎ Check the litter condition.
∎ Observe egg production including number of eggs, quality of eggs.
∎ Check the cleanliness of inside & outside of the house.
∎ Ensure proper medication, dose & check expire date.
∎ Supervision & monitoring of the daily activities of staffs.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
