Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to control and manage an organic agricultural farm.
∎ Sourcing, crop planning, budgeting and organic farm infrastructure developing
∎ Sourcing seedling, seeds, organic fertilizer and insecticides etc.
∎ Preparing crop harvesting calendar and ensuring round the year crop production
∎ Bio-Nutrients and organic pest management.
∎ Capacity to increase agricultural activity and income within the area.
∎ Ability to create good working relation with the field workers.
∎ Sound knowledge on organic compost preparation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicant should have at least 5 years’ experience in agrofarming.
∎ Experience of organic farming will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
