Job Context:

∎ Job Location: Mymensingh (Upazila: Gafargaon)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directs and coordinates Cattle farm activities, such as breeding, rearing, maintenance of livestock (Cow, Goat, Chicken, Duck).
∎ Observe animals for signs of illness, injury, or unusual behavior, notifying veterinarians or managers as warranted.
∎ Monitor animal care, maintenance, or breeding or packing and transfer activities to ensure work is done correctly.
∎ Knowledge of the nature of the land, Type of soil, Site clearing, Burning, Stumping, Seed Treatment, Spacing and Planting, Seed rate, Seed Viability, Planting depth, Transplanting, Weeding, thinning, Supplying, Mulching, Manuring or Fertilizer, Crop pest and Disease protection and Harvesting.
∎ Prepare comprehensive action plans, including resource requirements, timeframes and budgets for projects activities and work closely with the Project Manager.
∎ Perform various supervision tasks, like scheduling and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries at activity level.
∎ Ensure that all project activities in his working area are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.
∎ Assist in partnership building with a wide range clientele including: farmers, NGOs, private and public sector organizations.
∎ Provide technical inputs and knowledge to partners, farmers, and other beneficiaries.
∎ Monitor day-to-day project progress and provide updates to Project Manager.
∎ Any other assignments given by the superiors and management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 Years in Portfolio management in Agro/Cattle Farm
∎ Skills:
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Honest, energetic, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Language:
∎ Good spoken and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
