Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Management, HR, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Automobile., Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Skills Required: Capable to communicate in English, Expertise in MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR management, Production planning, Optimum use of manpower.
∎ Co-operate with management & subordinates to resolve problems, complaints, or grievances.
∎ Enforce safety and hygiene regulations.
∎ Evaluate employee performance.
∎ Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
∎ Co-operate with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
∎ Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
∎ Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures or assure employee training to experienced workers.
∎ Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs, and regularly informed to Head Office.
∎ Maintain timekeeping and personal records of employees.
∎ Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision.
∎ Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
∎ Maintain stock and re-order levels.
∎ Any work assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a clear idea of automobile manpower management on the field level.
∎ Should have experience in HR/Management.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
