∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Operations Management,ERP,Health and Safety Regulations

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Proven experience of at least 5 years in similar ISO certified aluminium extrusion factory, 3 of which in a leadership capacity
∎ Strong knowledge of ERP, aluminium profile manufacturing quality standards and health & safety regulations
∎ Experience in creating and managing budgets for production
∎ Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel within the organization
∎ Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
∎ Proven ability to evaluate systems followed, lead and guide cross-functional teams towards success and continuous improvement.
∎ Fluency in both written and spoken English. Preferred spoken Hindi or Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Positive mind set for excessive working hours.
∎ Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations within the factory.
∎ Ensure that production processes are running safely, efficiently, and effectively, while also meeting quality and output targets.
∎ Plan, direct and coordinate resources (human and material) with a focus on meeting production schedules within budgeted costs, and maximizing the efficiency of the production facility.
∎ Strong knowledge of ERP, aluminium profile manufacturing quality standards and health & safety regulations.
∎ Experience in creating and managing budgets for production
