Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · To Manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment and developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline the factory operations.
∎ · Prepare monthly production planning and follow up daily, weekly and monthly production target.
∎ · Co-ordinate with SCM, Sales Team and Head Office Management.
∎ · Analysis the DO report daily basis.
∎ · Resolve factory production related issues.
∎ · To establish Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for all aspects of the operations to maintain and improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.
∎ · Provide clear direction, encouragement and support to team members Consequence of good interpersonal relationship.
∎ · To motivate the Factory employee for achieving the company's goal.
∎ · You Should have knowledge of automation, innovation & adaption of technological advancement.
∎ · Ensuring that factory machineries are in good working Conditions.
∎ · Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues/barriers.
∎ · Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
∎ · Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) in the factory.
∎ · Collaborating with quality control managers/officers and you should have to ensure quality Products.
∎ · Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
∎ · Any others task assigned by Management.
